How to reschedule an adviser booking
You can reschedule your own adviser appointments inside the Welfie app; there's no need to call. If you need to cancel, you'll need to chat with us so we can help you do it.
How to reschedule
- Open the Welfie app and go to the Booking tab.
- Tap the appointment you'd like to change.
- Choose Reschedule.
- Select a new time from the available slots and confirm.
How to cancel
Cancellation isn't currently available in the Welfie app. If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, message us in chat and one of our team will cancel it for you.
If your booking has disappeared from the app
Occasionally an upcoming booking won't display in the app even though it's still in our calendar. If this happens, try closing and reopening the app — it usually reappears. If it still isn't showing after that, message us in chat with the date and time of the appointment so we can confirm it from our side.
