How to manage your connected accounts
All your connected bank, super, and investment accounts can be managed from one place in Welfie. Here's where to find it and what you can do.
Where to find it
Tap your initials in the top-left corner of the app to access your profile and settings, then choose Financial accounts.
You'll land on the Your accounts screen, showing:
- The account nickname and the institution.
- The current balance.
- Refreshed X secs/mins/hrs ago in green when the connection is healthy.
- A pencil icon to rename the account.
What you can do from here
For each connected account you can:
- Show or hide it from Net worth using the toggle on the card.
- Manage consent — review or update what you've agreed to share with Welfie for that institution, or revoke consent.
- Update access — if an institution needs you to re-authenticate, the action banner on the card will show this option (see Why is Welfie asking me to reconnect?).
- Remove account — disconnect the account entirely so Welfie stops pulling data from it.
Removing an account
If you'd like to stop sharing data from an institution with Welfie:
- Open Financial accounts from your initials menu.
- Find the account card and tap Remove account at the bottom.
- Confirm.
The connection will end and Welfie will stop pulling new information from that account. If you change your mind, you can reconnect the same account anytime — see How to connect a bank or financial institution.
